Went to Osaka for Universal Studios Japan and tour Osaka. Location was far out from city center but the train (if you get the hang of it) is cheap and easy. The area is a business area so dont expect tourism wnd even restaurants to be open especially in the PM. Room size was great, breakfast buffet was good, access to Nakafuto Station and Cosmosquare was nearby (for metro/train), small store was decent had small items such as food and drink. The staff didn't speak English well which was a surprise being next to a large convention center/business hub. the Shuttle to Universal I have to agree with others (I think it doesn't exist) - there was no option to book the shuttle and the front desk acted as if it were full. There is no shuttle to Kansai airport but we had planned to book a cab which was about $150 dollars. The hotel wasn't bad for the price but don't expect much from the front desk.

We stayed the night after going to usj, and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. For the price we paid, the room was much bigger than we had imagined. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of the soft type but not so soft that you basically feel like you're sleeping on the mattress. One of the things we appreciated was that the toilet in the room is actually quite distant from the bed (the bath and living room space are in between), so it makes it more comfortable to go to the toilet and do your business in peace without waking anyone up. My partner and I had a double bed and it was more than enough space for the two of us. Breakfast had a lot of options, especially Japanese-style, but also had croissants, cereals, juice, and smaller options for those who don't eat much in the morning. Overall very comfortable stay!

The room (9th Floor) was very wide, comfortable, and with a good view of the ocean. The good thing was that the toilet and the bath were separate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities like toothbrush. shaving, comb were all on the 1F lobby for the guests to take as necessary. The parking was 1000 yens per day but it was in the adjacent Prince Hotel which was 3 minutes walk from Quintessa. Breakfast was just great with lots of different food and desserts.

I loved the room size which was really big and spacious. Room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. Shower was very spacious and in a separate room from the toiler which i also prefer. Breakfast was also very good. I came for work and had to be in the nearby Intex Osaka event area, which was 2 min walking distance. very satisfied all in all.

Matan

location, many of the offices i had to visit were accessible through covered walkways, although being part of a business district, the area is quiet after working hours . good connectivity to the subway system and easy and safe access even late in the night was good
